Run your serverfrom Discord.

County Control runs your whole ER:LC server from Discord: live session panels, priority requests, dispatch, staff shifts, tickets and moderation in one bot, with a web dashboard that puts every setting one click away. Free for every ER:LC community.

Every dot is a server running County Control, wired into the bot, and the bot runs on our own hardware. Numbers are read live from the bot.

Connects with your own ER:LC server-key. No IP whitelisting. County Control runs on the same machine as every Phase & Cipher bot, which together reach 44,790 members.

Everything a session needs, already connected.

Each piece talks to the others. A 911 call becomes a dispatch incident, in-game time becomes shift hours, and every action lands in the right log.

Session panelsThat keep themselves current

Post one panel and it updates on its own with the player count, queue, staff in-game and the join code. Start-up votes, session pings and a closing message that tells everyone how busy it got.

  • Start-up votes with a goal you choose
  • Alerts when the server fills up or empties out
  • Reword any line, add your own banners
/ssu voteOpen a start-up vote
/sessionsPost the live sessions panel
/joinGet the in-game join code

DispatchWith real 911 calls

When a player calls 911 in-game, County Control posts it as an incident with the caller, location and departments already filled in. Units claim it, update it and resolve it, and a timeline is saved.

  • Incidents from in-game calls or made by hand
  • Moderator calls routed to a role that gets pinged only while nobody has answered
  • Priority requests checked against who is actually in-game
/event createOpen a roleplay dispatch incident
/priorityRequest in-game priority
/erlclog callsSend 911 calls to a channel

ShiftsYour staff will actually use

Staff clock on with a button, or link their Roblox account and their in-game time counts by itself. Weekly quotas, a live roster, a leaderboard and leave of absence, without a spreadsheet.

  • In-game time tracked from ER:LC automatically
  • Weekly quota with a report of who is behind
  • A live on-duty roster you can pin in any channel
/duty onClock on for a shift
/duty linkCount in-game time by itself
/duty leaderboardWho put the hours in

ModerationWith a paper trail

Ban, kick, timeout and warn from Discord, and add a Roblox name to ban in-game at the same time. Every action becomes a numbered case you can search, and the reason can be corrected later.

  • Warning escalation, softban, purge, lock and slowmode
  • Anti-nuke and anti-raid protection with your own thresholds
  • Staff infractions, promotions and private notes
/banBan a member, or a user ID that isn't in the server
/caseView a case by number
/reasonFix the reason on an existing case

The dashboardFaster than commands

Sign in with Discord and manage every server you own. Pick channels and roles by typing, rewrite messages with a live preview, see who is on shift and read the moderation history.

  • Type to search channels and roles, no long dropdowns
  • Choose which roles can use each command
  • Post panels to a channel with one click

The CADEarly preview

A live map of your ER:LC server, 911 calls the second they come in, a voice radio for your units, and records that follow every name and plate.

  • Live server map
  • Instant 911 feed
  • Push to talk radio
  • Records and warrants

Early preview. The CAD is still in development. Try the CAD demo or read how it works.

One panel, always current.

Post the sessions panel once. It reads the server through the official ER:LC API and keeps the player count, queue, staff and join code up to date while the session runs.

If ER:LC has a hiccup, panels keep the last known numbers instead of showing an empty server.

Ready in about five minutes.

Four steps. Run them in Discord, or click through the dashboard instead.

01

Add the bot

Invite County Control to your server. It asks for Administrator because moderation, panels and anti-nuke all need to manage members and channels.

02

Connect ER:LC

Copy the server-key from your private server settings and run /seterlc. The owner opens /erlc authorize once to allow in-game commands.

03

Pick your channels

Run /setup for a live checklist of what is done and what is missing, or choose channels and roles in the dashboard.

04

Start a session

Run /ssu vote to open a vote or /ssu start to go straight to a live panel. Everything else is optional.

The small things that add up.

Nothing here is a separate app or a paid add-on.

Tickets

Ticket types with their own category and support role, claiming, staff controls and saved transcripts.

Applications

Build application forms, take submissions, and accept or deny them with the applicant told automatically.

Leave of absence

Staff file their own leave, end it early, and everyone can see who is away.

In-game commands

Announce, message a player, kick, or start the priority and peacetime timers without opening Roblox.

Activity logs

Kills, joins, leaves and in-game commands streamed to a log channel, batched so they never flood it.

Command permissions

Limit any command to the roles you choose. The server owner is never locked out.

Your wording

Rename messages, change titles, add emoji, and upload banners so panels look like your community.

Outage-proof

If ER:LC has a hiccup, panels keep the last known numbers instead of showing an empty server.

One join code

/join gives the current code, and /players lists who is in-game by team with staff first.

Straight answers.

Anything else, ask in the support server.

Is it really free?
Yes. There is no paid tier and no per-server fee.
What is the server-key, and is it safe?
It is the key in your ER:LC private server settings. County Control stores it for your server only, uses it only to talk to ER:LC for that server, and never shows it again, including in the dashboard. You can disconnect it from the dashboard at any time.
Do I need to whitelist an IP address?
No. County Control is registered with ER:LC as a public application, so the server-key is all you need. To run in-game commands from Discord, the server owner opens an authorization link once.
Who can use the dashboard?
Anyone who has Manage Server or Administrator in the Discord server. You sign in with Discord and only see servers you can manage. Who can use each command is set on the Permissions page.
Can I make it look like my community?
Yes. Every line of the session and start-up messages can be reworded with a live preview, emoji are opt-in, and you can add your own banner images.
What data does it keep?
Your server's settings, moderation cases, shift totals, ticket records and application answers, so the features work. The privacy policy lists all of it and how to have it removed.
Who makes it?
Phase and Cipher Development, the team behind pcdev.info. Questions or problems go to the support server.

Give your staff one place to run the server.

Add County Control and be running a session in minutes.
